We provide a warranty for select products against manufacturing defects only. Warranty coverage is governed explicitly by the terms and conditions outlined below.

Critical TTL Level Warning: Devices such as Raspberry Pi and NodeMCU (ESP8266, ESP32) operate on 3.3V TTL levels. Direct connections to 5V TTL systems (like standard Arduino modules) without using proper logic level shifters, converters, or voltage dividers will instantly damage the hardware and void the warranty.

How to Claim Warranty

To initiate a claim, send an email to [email protected] attaching the following details:

1. Order Reference: Receipt number or Online Order ID.
2. Wiring Scheme: Your complete schematic/wiring diagram.
3. Top-Down Photo: A clear photo from the top showing your wiring connections.
4. Physical Appearance: Clear photos of both sides of the module (must match original purchase condition).
5. Input Voltage: The precise operating voltage supplied to the module.
6. Issue Description: A detailed breakdown of the technical problem.

If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, you will be requested to hand over or ship the item to our facility. All parcel shipping, registry post, and courier fees must be prepaid by the customer.

What happens if pcb.lk finds the item fully operational?

We will provide a video demonstration confirming its working state. Testing and diagnostic labor is billed at a rate of Rs. 1,000 per hour.

What happens if the item is found to be burned or misused?

If damaged due to short circuits, incorrect firmware flashing, or misconnections, a diagnostic report will be issued. Testing time is billed at Rs. 1,000 per hour.

What happens if a manufacturing defect is confirmed?

You may opt for either a full product refund or a replacement unit (courier return delivery fees apply if you are unable to collect it in person).

Warranty Terms & Conditions

Warranty is rendered immediately void if any of the following conditions are met:

  • Burn marks caused by short circuits, overvoltage, or failure of external system elements.
  • Mechanical damage incurred during transit or improper handling.
  • Unauthorised product modifications, firmware issues, or inappropriate commissioning.
  • Negligence, failure to observe technical documentation, or improper safety compliance.
  • Force majeure events including lightning, power surges, fires, and natural disasters.

වගකීම් හිමිකම් ලබා ගන්නේ කෙසේද?

වගකීම් සහතිකය ලබා ගැනීම සඳහා මුලින්ම [email protected] වෙත පහත විස්තර සහිත විද්යුත් තැපෑලක් (Email) එවන්න:

1. බිල්පත් විස්තර: මිලදී ගැනීමේ කුවිතාන්සි අංකය හෝ Online Order Reference අංකය.
2. පරිපථ සටහන: ඔබ සම්බන්ධතාවය සිදු කළ ආකාරය දැක්වෙන පරිපථ සටහන (Wiring Diagram).
3. සම්බන්ධතා ඡායාරූපය: වයර් සම්බන්ධ කර ඇති ආකාරය ඉහළ සිට පැහැදිලිව පෙනෙන සේ ගත් ඡායාරූපයක්.
4. භාණ්ඩයේ ඡායාරූපය: භාණ්ඩයේ දෙපසම පැහැදිලිව පෙනෙන ඡායාරූප (එය මිලදී ගත් අවස්ථාවේ පැවති භෞතික තත්ත්වයෙන්ම තිබිය යුතුය).
5. වෝල්ටීයතාවය: ඔබ මොඩියුලයට ලබා දුන් නිශ්චිත වෝල්ටීයතාවය (Voltage).
6. දෝෂය පැහැදිලි කිරීම: මොඩියුලයේ ඔබ දකින ගැටලුව පිළිබඳ කෙටි හැඳින්වීමක්.
