We provide manufacturing verification for custom bare PCBs and assembled boards against fabrication and assembly errors only. Warranty and claim coverage is governed explicitly by the terms and conditions outlined below.

Critical Design & Gerber File Warning: Bare PCBs are manufactured strictly according to the uploaded Gerber files provided by the customer. We are not responsible for design flaws, incorrect footprint layouts, short circuits inherent to the schematic, missing copper layers, or silk-screen errors present in the submitted design files.

How to Claim a PCB Issue

To initiate a claim for a defective assembly or fabrication discrepancy, send an email to [email protected] attaching the following details:

1. Order Reference: Job ID, Invoice number, or Order Reference.
2. Gerber / Design Files: The exact design files used for production.
3. Clear Macro Photos: High-resolution photos showing the defect or erroneous trace/joint.
4. E-Test Report: Any test logs or multimeter continuity checks performed.
5. Description of Fault: Detailed description of open circuits, shorts, or assembly mistakes.
6. Unaltered Condition: Boards must not have been modified, cut, or soldered by external parties.

If the issue requires physical inspection, you will be requested to ship or hand over the panels to our facility. Shipping and courier charges for return inspections must be handled by the customer.

Warranty & Fabrication Terms

Claims are rendered immediately void if any of the following conditions apply:

  • Defects arising directly from errors in the customer-submitted Gerber or drill files.
  • Damage caused by incorrect manual soldering, thermal stress, or over-voltage testing by the user.
  • Boards that have been altered, cut, scraped, or structurally modified after delivery.
  • Environmental damage including corrosion from improper storage, chemical exposure, or moisture.
  • Normal cosmetic variations in solder mask color or silkscreen alignment that do not affect electrical functionality.

වැදගත් නිර්මාණ (Gerber Files) නිවේදනයයි: පී.සී.බී. (PCBs) නිෂ්පාදනය කරනු ලබන්නේ පාරිභෝගිකයා විසින් ලබා දෙන ලද Gerber ගොනු වලට අනුකූලව පමණි. පාරිභෝගිකයාගේ සැලසුම් වල ඇති දෝෂ, වැරදි footprint සැකසුම් හෝ පරිපථ සැලසුම් දෝෂ සඳහා අප වගකියනු නොලැබේ.

වගකීම් හිමිකම් ලබා ගන්නේ කෙසේද?

දෝෂයක් සඳහා හිමිකම් පෑමට අවශ්‍ය නම්, මුලින්ම [email protected] වෙත පහත විස්තර සහිත විද්‍යුත් තැපෑලක් එවන්න:

1. ඇණවුම් විස්තර: Job ID හෝ Invoice අංකය.
2. Gerber ගොනු: නිෂ්පාදනය සඳහා භාවිතා කළ නිර්මාණ ගොනු.
3. පැහැදිලි ඡායාරූප: දෝෂය පැහැදිලිව පෙනෙන පරිදි ලබාගත් ඡායාරූප.
4. පරීක්ෂණ වාර්තා: Multimeter එකකින් පරීක්ෂා කළ අවස්ථා තිබේ නම් ඒවායේ විස්තර.
5. දෝෂයේ ස්වභාවය: විවෘත පරිපථ (Open circuits) හෝ කෙටි පරිපථ (Shorts) පිළිබඳ විස්තරයක්.
6. වෙනස් නොකළ තත්ත්වය: පුවරුව වෙනත් පාර්ශ්වයක් මඟින් කපා හෝ වෙනස් කර නොතිබිය යුතුය.
